Weekend Home Delivery!
Is this a fashion emergency for a last minute event? Don't fret! We offer same-day weekend home delivery service for our metro Adelaide customers.
All orders placed before 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Delivery address must be within 12km of the CBD. Select 'Weekend Delivery' as you checkout.
For our New Zealand customers there is a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery to NZ.
For all international orders there is a flat shipping rate of $30. The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post - Standard from Adelaide, Australia. We suggest checking the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your country.

Sometimes we make mistakes, and that's okay.
If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of unworn merchandise returned to our online store within 14 days of the order date. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.
If you would like to return goods for a full refund then please ensure:
- The product was bought at full price
- The product is not worn
- Retrieve your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation email)
- The product is in its original packaging
- The receipt received is returned with the goods returned
Note: Items purchased on sale (discounted price from the full sales price) are eligible for an exchange or credit note but not a refund, unless the item is faulty.
Once your return has been received and processed, this credit will be available online and will automatically apply to your next purchase. Please note, you will need to create a new account (or login with your existing account) to view and redeem. Store credits are only applied to the same email address used to place the original order.
All store credits are valid for 6 months. Once store credit has been issued, we cannot convert it to a cash refund.
If you require an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to posting your return item. If the items is available, we will reserve it for 10 working days while you get your item back to us.
Please note, we will only exchange for the same item in another size. If you would like to change colour or style, then you will need to purchase this item in a new sale.
